Products and information

  • Our products are foods made by Peruvian brands. We describe them as accurately as we can from their packs; photos are for illustration and packaging can change.
  • Nutrition values marked as reference values are general values for the ingredient, not the values of a specific pack.
  • Always read the label for ingredients, allergens and the producer’s serving advice.
  • Nothing on this site is medical advice. If you have a health condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or take medication, talk to your doctor before adding a new food or supplement to your diet.

Prices and payment

  • Prices are in US dollars (USD) and can change at any time; the price that applies is the one shown when you place your order.
  • Shipping costs are added at checkout. For US orders, the US import duties and fees we pay to Serpost are also added at checkout.
  • For other countries, import duties, taxes and postal fees in your country aren’t included unless checkout says so.
  • You can pay by card or by money transfer:
    • Card: processed securely by Izipay. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Diners Club. Your card is charged in US dollars when you place the order.
    • Money transfer (Western Union or Remitly): your order is held for 5 days. Send the exact total in US dollars to the receiver shown after you order; the transfer fees are paid by you. We ship once the full amount reaches us. If it doesn’t arrive in time, the order is cancelled.
  • If a price is clearly wrong because of an error, we’ll contact you before shipping, and you can confirm the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Orders

After you order, we email you an order confirmation; this isn’t yet acceptance. If you pay by money transfer, we start preparing the order once the payment arrives. The contract is formed when we email you that your order has shipped. We may cancel an order, with a full refund, if a product is out of stock, if we can’t ship to your address, or if we suspect fraud.

Shipping, customs and risk

  • Delivery options, times and costs are explained in our shipping policy.
  • We send every order with Serpost under Exporta Fácil. You’re the importer of the products into your country. Customs may inspect, hold or refuse food parcels, and may charge duties or taxes.
  • The products are your responsibility from the moment they’re delivered to your address.

Returns and refunds

See our returns and refunds policy. It doesn’t affect your legal rights as a consumer.

Your account and reviews

  • Keep your password private. You’re responsible for orders placed from your account.
  • Reviews must be honest, about the product, and free of offensive or promotional content. We may edit or remove reviews that break these rules, and we don’t publish reviews that make health claims.

Intellectual property

The texts, photos, illustrations and design of this site belong to Pacha Harvest or are used with permission. Brand names and packaging belong to their owners.

Liability

We’re responsible for losses you suffer that are a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We’re not responsible for losses that weren’t foreseeable, for business losses, or for delays caused by events outside our control, such as customs inspections or postal delays. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Peru. If you’re a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in your local courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one on the site when you placed it.
